Inserting text from macro

hi guys,

i am having difficulty in inserting text from a macro
into the excel spreadsheet..can anybody help me?...tks!

Hi
you may post your existing macro. Would make it easier to give you a
specific answer.
But normally something like the following should work:

Activesheet.range("A1").value="my text value"
