Install Office 2003 to D drive

M

mornat

Is it ok to install office 2003 (Small Business edition) on my D drive
instead of the C drive.? My Windows XP Pro operating system is on C drive.
I do not want to use so much space on my C drive and do not wish to expand
the partition size.

Thanks

Hi Mornat,

While you can use the Custom Install option in Office
and select a drive/path location for the core files
there are a number of common/shared files that will be installed to
the same drive as Windows.
