Install Office 2007 Enterprise on Windows Vista Home Premium

Everytime I try to install I get a message that I need Administrator to
install. I am the admin and the only one using the PC.

The message says Can't Run you must be an Administrator to install Office
2007.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
