Install Video Greyed out

I am trying to install a video from
the "INSTALL>PICTURE>VIDEO" toolbar but the video button
is greyed out. I am using Windows 2000 professional and
this happens with both Frontpage 2000 and Frontpage 2003,
I just upgraded to Frontpage 2003 to try and cure this
problem but it didn't have any effect. There must be
something the program is looking for that it doesn't see,

Did you try this
Open Front Page and go to:

Tools | Page Options | Compatibility |
And set all to | Custom | and check all the boxes
