Installation Error Ofice 2000 Pro

Hi

I'm trying to install Office 2000 Pro onto a laptop
running Windows 2000. I get an error 2349 and it aborts.

I'm running CA's anti-virus softare, which I snoozed
during installation, as the only reference to the error
was in relation to Norton.

Any ideas anyone?

Failing that, can anyone tell me how to get the product
ID without installing the programme, for online support?
Obviously I have the product key, but it won't accept
that.
