Installation Error

I am getting this "Error 1305...," informing me
that "...the file jo115834.gif." is missing. Thus,
stopping the full installation of the Office suite. Can
you help?

Hi, John,

Error 1305 can indicate a problem with your CD or CD drive. Try cleaning
your CD and making sure it's not scratched. It can also sometimes be caused
