Installation of 2nd disk for office 2000 professional

Attempting to install the 2nd disk for office 2000
professional I get the message "Internal Error 2349".

Is there a fix or work around that I can use.

Can point to a dirty or scratched CD, or if you run setup from a CD-RW or
DVD drive.
