Installation problem in VISta machine

Hello,
I have created a outlook addin for 2007 using VSTO 3.0 and vb.net
I created a setup file using visual studio setup project.

I am able to install and load addin in outlook machine in all sever 2003
window machine.
however , in vista machine it is not loading.
when i went to trust center it gives error like 'Could not load addin.
Initialization error '
When i clicked it . it gives a details exception message of file not found
location 'program file\my company name\myddlname.vsto'
when i search that file at specified location, i can see it.

Installed files for both window server machine and vista is exact same.. and
also registry entry also.
