Installation problems

I have a problem installing office 2003. The error message says cannot find file YH561403.CAB It is on the disk when i search, why can't i continue?

Hi, KHADINE,

If you're running Windows XP, try installing (or re-installing) SP1 for
Windows XP and see if that allows you to install Office 2003.
