Installation

I am able to install Office 2000 successfully. But after re-booting the
machine, when I go for opening the word document, it again asks for CD key.
On entering the CD Key, it says incorrect CD key and close the word
application.

But I am able to use powerpoint, excel and outlook with no problems. But I
am unable to use Word.

Possibly a second copy of Word 2000 is already installed on the computer as
part of Microsoft Works Suite? If so, uninstall one of the copies of Word
2000.
