Installed Office 2000, can't access applications - PLEASE HELP

C

Carolyn

When I try to access any of the applications, I get the message: The
installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the
source exists and that you can access it.

What does this mean? Is the problem with Office 2000 or the Windows 2000
operating system??? Please help me.

Are you sure the error message relates to Office 2000? If you
installed Office 2000 on a new computer, then maybe there is a
trial version of Office 2003 on the computer that the error
message is referencing. If there is a trial version of Office
2003 on the computer, then you should have uninstalled the trial
version before installing your full version of Office 2000.
