Yes, it's a new (reconditioned) computer, no versions of Office on it AT ALL!
The error message only comes up when I try to open one of the applications
(Excel, Word, etc.) - it won't let me open ANY of them, gives me that
message. I uninstalled and re-installed, but got same thing. Did a search
of programs, no other versions on the computer. Can this be a Windows 2000
problem rather than an Office 2000 probem? Thanks so much for your quick
input!
