Installed Office 2000, can't access applications - PLEASE HELP

That's hard to say. But since you're trying to install your own software on
it, the seller probably won't help. Generally they will only deal with
hardware issues.

now. I've been having problems with it - do you believe it is a computer

it
and letting them get it in condition to be able to run applications. What
