Installed Office 2000 Small Business, no toolbar appears

Hi, After I installed Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business, the top toolbar
is not there, .e., the one containing the symbols for bold, underline,
italic, font, fgont size, center, etc. Can anyone help? Thanks.
