Installed Office 2003 & Outllook Express won't connect

I installed Office Professional Edition 2003 and did the required updates.
My Outlook Express won't connect properly and pick up my e-mail. The error
message reads "A timeout occured while communicating with the server... error
Number: 0x800ccc19". Please help!

OE is not part of Office, it is I believe part of Internet Explorer and the
o/s
Try posting to an IE group
