Installed Outlook 2003 All email being received with text stripped

I just recently installed Office 2003. Data was migrated from Outlook 2000.
Outlook 2003 is currently stripping out all the text of messages received. I
did a repair install and this fixed the problem for only an hour and then
Outlook starting stripping the text out all my incoming emails again. My
email is msn but I use Qwest Msn premium which provides a pop3. Any
suggestions on how to fix this problem?
