Installing Access 97 and 2000

Hi

I have Windows XP Pro sp2 and have installed Office 2000 Pro, except for
Access 2000 where I have kept my Access 97 because of programs I work with
that will not operate if I modify the database files with 2000.
I now have a need for Access 200 as well as 97, how do I install 2000 and
not over write the 97?
Both are fully licensed, not upgrades.
