Installing BCM

J

Jason

I cannot install BCM. I have Office 2003 Pro. My machine
is running on an exchange server. Previously I was told
that if I create a seperate e-mail profile with a pop 3
account I should be able to install and run BCM. It seems
that the feature is not acceessible to my computer from
the disk.

HELP!

Thanks

DO you have a Disk 2 that came iwth that package? If so, there should be a
setup file on that CD that you can run to install BCM.

I have a single disk version of Office 2003 Pro. It was a
complimentary version from MSFT that I received from a
seminar. It says that BCM is included on the disk.

There have been issues with BCM on those types of packages. We're still
trying to track them down. Bottom line, there should have been another disk
somewhere but you probably didn't get it. Is there an email address you can
write anywhere in the packaging? If not, call Product Support Services
(http://support.microsoft.com) and file an incident.

Thank you Patricia. There is a contact name in the letter
that came with the disk. I will start there. In your
humble opinion is BCM worth the trouble that I am going
through, or should I stick with ACT!?

THank you again, you provide a great service through this
forum!
