Installing Business Contact manager for outlook 2003

Error message: Business contact manager for outlook 2003
requires file and print sharing to be enabled. Please
enable this service and run setup again.

How do I turn on file and print sharing ???

Is this done through Outlook?

I Just reinstalled windows XP today!
