Installing Business Contact Manager with Office 2003 Professional requires a
400 Mhz processor, mine is 399 Mhz. Is there a workaround?

The processor speed is an approximation.. nominally, your processor is 400

Sorry, my question was not clear...The installation of Business Contact
Manager fails because my process is not 400 Mhz; my processor is 399 Mhz
which is close enough. How do I work around the this failure on the
installation program?

You don't. Either you have a compatible processor or you don't - if you
don't, you don't get to install it. There is NO workaround. Close enough
!=same as.

Unfortunately the processor is running on the shy side of 400 and the
"check" is "hardcoded". I suggest a CPU upgrade as a suitable work around.
