INSTALLING BUSINESS CONTACT MANAGER

I am trying to install Business Contact Manager for
Outlook 2003. I get the error meassge" Setup failed to
configure server" and the installation then stops. Can
anyone help me with instructions on how to install this
program?

Look for and delete the MSSQL$MicrosoftBCM folder on the machine under
\program files\Miscosoft SQL Server. If that doesn't work, you may want
initiate a support incident with Microsoft at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit. You
will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the
request.
