Installing Components Nag

Every time I start an Office XP program (running XP Pro and Home), a message
comes up that says it is installing components for Microsoft Office, or "Not
installed for current user" It's getting really annoying and wastes time,
plus if you launch the app by clicking a file, you get locked out of
everything until it finishes "installing.

All the searches I've done about this mention only the problem if this and
that running MS ME or other versions of Windows but not XP.

I'm working on the computers as the Admin or as a user with Admin
privileges.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
