installing different versions

Stephen

I have the 2003 version which I find quite satisfactory as I use Publisher
only infrequently.

Sometimes I am sent a file created in 2007 that I simly want to view and
print. I understand that there is no viewer as such, but that the 2007 free
trial version effectively reverts to a viewer after the evaluation period,
so this is what I want to install.

My question is this: Can I install the 2007 trial version without it
affecting the 2003 installation in any way? If so, how do I do this? Is it
as simple as following the trial version installation as normal, or do I
need to do anything else to preserve intact (rather than replace) the 2003
version?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Publisher 2003 should open any 2007 files you have or receive. Have you
tried viewing the files you are sent?
This article might help:
Error message when you try to open a publication in Publisher: "Publisher

If you decide to download the trial, create a new folder on your hard drive;
install Publisher in the new folder.
