Installing FPSE 2002

I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to get FPSE installed
on a windows xp sp2 laptop.
I can't find the install for the server extensions on MS site and the
ones in add/remove windows components don't create a vti_bin folder. Is
there someone that can help me out...Google doesn't seem to cut it
either as most searches are leading me to a site that isn't on MS
webserver anymore...
Has the server extensions been replaced by something else?

The FP2002 Extensions are no longer available for download. After you have installed the one on the
Windows XP CD with IIS, then you must open IIS MMC, then select the default web and then under All
Task apply the extensions.
