installing macros in Word

I've written a vb macro for Word users in my project. We are not on the same
networks and some are not networked at all. I therefore would like to create
an executable that installs the macro and puts a macro button on the toolbar.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

You are better-off distributing an Add-In (COM or DOT). See
