installing office 2000 on vista

I cannot get outlook to load correctly. When I attempt to enter an
appointment, I am prompted that a WAB DLL. is missing.
What do I do?

Outlook 2000 doesn't work in Vista. Either go back to XP or shell out
the money for Office/Outlook 07.
