Help! I purchased a new printer and set it up last
night. When I tried printing with Word - it came out all
random letters and symbols. HP online support suggested I
uninstall Windows and then install again. I uninstalled
Office 2000 - Small Business - Disk 1 and then tried
installing it again. It wants my CD Key number - but I
don't have the original case it came in or the Certificate
of Authenticity. How can I get this installed?
