I have a new dell pc with windows xp professional. I
have word perfect installed on it. I also want to
install microsoft office 2000 premium. Everything looks
like it's working, except the word 2000. It flashes to a
black screen and comes with an box to send an error
message. I went to the sight where the updates are for
microsoft office 2000. It said I needed to update the
program, which I did. The problem still exists. Nothing
has changed. What do I do next?
