Installing Office 2003 over Office XP

I am running Office XP (2002)on a Windows XP platform. I
purchased Office 2003, but bought the full version
instead of the upgrade.

Do I have to uninstall Office XP and then install Office
2003, or can I install Office 2003 over the existing
Office XP?
