Installing Office retail version on new laptop

I purchased Office 2003 for my old laptop. I am getting a new laptop. How do
I deactivate it on the old laptop and install on the new one?

Simply uninstall it from the old and install on the new. If it will not activate over the Internet, use the telephone method.
