Installing Office XP Service Pack 3

We run an access address database on a number of Win 2000 PC's connected to
a Win 2000 server. We run Office XP. After installing Office XP Service Pack
3, it is no longer possible to go from one record to another in the address
database. Access always generates an error and has to stop. Any idea how to
solve this problem?
