Installing Office.

S

Suzee

Hi, my daughter is attending junior high and her teacher reccomended that she
get Microsoft Office for Student and Teachers. I am a small business owner
and already have Microsoft Office Professional installed, I'm wondering how I
would go about installing Microsoft Office for Student and Teachers on one
user desktop and not mine.

Hi, Suzee,

I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you saying you only have one
computer, and you want to install different software on a different user
profile / login?

If that's the question, you don't need to. She can use Microsoft Office
Professional, because it contains the same programs, and you are legally
licensed for it already. No need to purchase another copy of software,
unless for some reason you have an older version and she needs a newer
version for herself.

The license is applied to each machine, not to individual users.
