Installing Project Server 2002

Brian, will user be able to create and save new project to the project 2002
server, having been connected to it via the web? I looked around but couldnot
find an option to actually create a project.

Any hints!

Brian can we connect to project server 2002 from project 2000 on a client PC.
If yes, then can you give me a hint !!!!

By the way the server is up and running i am working on setting up users and
groups for testing.
