Installing upgrade

I am trying to install MS Access upgrade on my computer. I have Office 97
Small business edition which qualifies for the upgrade, but its not
installed, since I have MS office standard 2003 + Publisher 2003. after I
enter the product key, I get the following message: "setup cannot continue
because the installation source has been corrupt". Then setup closes. Any
ideas?

The first solution in the second URL provided solved the problem and Access
was installed successfully. Thanks for the help.
