Installing Word 2000, requesting XP SP2 CD

When installing Word 2000, the install gets about halfway done, then stops
and requests the XP SP2 CD. XP SP2 is already installed on this PC. Has
anyone seen this before and have a resolution for it?

Did you insert the Windows disc as requested?
