Insufficient Privileges

Hello,

Recently I started receiving a message the I do not have sufficient
privileges to modify the current configuration when I start Outlook 2003.
I'm not trying to modify anything. This is an XP Pro machine. I tried
logging on as the administrator and received the same message. How do I
make this message go away??

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks...
