I have made a web site using front page 2000. I want to
find out is there any way I can programe my website so
that the viewer of the site can disply there information
on my web site .

What do I need to do to achieve this on my web site .

"the viewer of the site can display there information on my web site"

there is always a way but you'll get a better answer if you say "exactly"
what you want to do.
