Interchangeable Pictures in Master/Title Slides

Is there anyway to make a picture interchangable, just as you can change the
tittle/text, in the Master/Title Slide layouts? I have used the
Format>Master Layout option, but it only allows for text boxes, not for image
placeholders.

Can anyone help?
