Interface not registered

When sending an emailwith MS Outlook XP (w/ Exchange-
Client) we get an MS Word error box stating:"Interface not
Registered"

We have 2 computer effected...both have the same user. No
other computer is effected, and everything did work last
week error free. It is not profile specific because the
error still happens when someone else logs in.

Any Ideas?
