Intermittent Problems Comprosing HTML Messages

In the past two weeks I have been experiencing intermittent problems when I
try to comprose a HTML message in Outlook. I will start typing and the
cursor will be extremely slow to respond to anything that I type. If I
switch to Text format everything works fine. The problem does not occur all
the time. Sometimes I can type a message using the HTML format and have no
problems and then all of a sudden the problem occurs. Does anybody know what
is causing this problem?

Check your IE restricted sites. Do you suddenly have thousands of entries? If yes, you need to set Outlook to use the Internet zone and not Restricted sites.

Yep, there are suddenly thousands of entries in the IE restricted sites. I
made the change you suggest and so far no more problems. Thanks.

I am having the same problem. Can you tell me where to find the IE settings?

In Internet Explorer. Tools > Internet Options. You can alternatively find
them in your Control Panel.
