Internet Connection

I

Iain Bourne

Used to be able to upload my web, no problem. Then had a
home network installed with BT Broadband. The internet
works fine, but Frontpage is unable to find a connection
to the internet. I can acces FTP via Internet Explorer,
so the ISP is okay. I don't have a firewall operating
either. I initially was using FP 2000, but thought may be
FP 2003 was worth a go. Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers

How was the home network routed? Normally the router will have a Firewall integral to it. Check with the network installer.

I am having this problem too. I once had a router hooked
up to my connection but have not for a couple of years. My
hook up now is direct from my cable modem but I guess it
is configured as a network still. Does anyone know how I
can set up the direct connections for FP or how I can
change the settings to allow the current set up? FP3
