Any ideas what causes the following message when attempting to access
my email messages in Outlook?

I have a new HP Pavillion - Windows XP/Microsoft Office 2000
professional.

Internet Explorer Script Error

I've found numerous questions posted on the internet, but no answers.

In my case, HP had installed a trial version of Microsoft Office that
conflicted with the version I had installed. Once I unistalled the
trial version, rebooted, then unistalled/re-installed my version
(office xp professional w/outlook 2002) - all was good!

Good luck to others with this - I'm sure it will remain prevalent as
long as computer companies put a bunch of trial software on our
computers!

I have Outlook 2002 and Internet Explorer 6 SP@ and experience the same
problem you had with Outlook 2000 when I access my Hotmail messages. Any
solution for this for Outlook 2002?
