outlook will not work with hotmail

Outlook [Express] uses the WebDAV scripting language to talk to the
Hotmail server. WebDAV access to freebie Hotmail accounts was
discontinued as of November 2004. Do you have a paid (Premium)
account with Hotmail? Do you have a paid account with MSN?
