Internet Favorites on Main Menu

I currently have Outlook 2003. How do I get "Favorites"
to appear on the main menu accross the top that display
my internet folders & Links like I had in Outlook 2002?

Right click any toolbar and click Customize, then the Commands tab. Click
Menu Bar in the left hand column, then click Favorites on the right and drag
it to your Menu Bar and drop it where you want it. Close the Customize
dialog.
