"Internet Mail is not registered properly"

Hello guys,

I'm having a problem with Outlook 2003. I'm trying to use it with an IMAP
server, but every time I try I get:

"Unable to display the folder. Internet mail is not registered properly.
Please reinstall and try again."

Reinstalling Office makes not difference. Any ideas how to proceed (am
running WinXP SP2, all hotpatches applied).
