i installed powerpoint onto my computer but when i go to read my lectures
which are posted on the internet they show up as not readable... my friends
with powerpoint can read these lectures... help!

Have you tried using your Internet Browser to read you internet files? Could you provide us with a link so we might have a look at what your trying to look at.

Hi Sarah,

which version of PowerPoint do you have? Which file extensions do these
presentations have? Is a printer installed on your computer (a printer
driver is enough, there is no need to connect a printer)? Do you get an
error message? Do you see slides or just unreadable text?
