invalid product key

trying to install my free trial. When I input the product key (25 digit #
labeled "product key" on sticker on underside of laptop), it says that it is
an invalid product key. I have checked and double checked to make sure that
it's the correct #. Any suggestions?

are you "trying to install my free trial" again?
