Invalid value specified for a custom field

Hi all!

I have recently updated Project Server 2007 to SP2 and April CU.
I run it on a single server with SQL 2005 and WSS3.0
I also updated the SQL server from sp1 to sp3 on the same time.
After this update I get the error "Invalid value specified for a custom
field. Please correct the values and try saveing again!" when saving or
publishing project properties from the web interface when editing properties.
I can type in 1000000 (1 million SEK) for example and saving the properties
- works fine. The refreshed page is now showing me 1.000.000,00 kr (correct
swedish format). If I hit the savebutton again I get the error above.
The servers (windows server 2003 )regional settings are swedish. PWA
regional settings are Swedish, The webapplications location settings are
changed to swedish!
What settings for regional options am I missing? Or is it a bug???

best regards

I have seen this one before, it was a bug that I thought was going to be
fixed in SP2. I guess it wasnt? It actually affects many currencies, I have
seen it with Korean and Arabic, but specifically those that have
non-(semi-)standard currency symbols. So basically that means it works with $
£ € but not with most others!

I believe the workaround I used previously was to manually delete the
currency symbol before hitting save on the Edit Project Properties page.

Either that or change the system currency. :(

Thanks for your tips!
I have opened a supportcase with Microsoft and they are working on it. They
could reproduse the error as well!
