Inverted TEXT BOX

Hello,
I'm trying to create a name tent report in access...where
my objective is to show the name of a person inverted on
top and another one in the buttom (Not inverted). This
way you can fold the paper halfway and you should be able
to see the name on both sides properly. Any ideas?
Thanks

Use two separate textboxes, one for the inverted text and the other for the
noninverted text.

Thanks. That was interesting. The problem is that function
only works for static labels. What I really needed was to
rotate text box fields in reports and the data from the
report is retrieved on runtime via query.

No, sorry. Stephen is the best source of free tools for such things, and if
he doesn't have it, then I don't know who might. I did do a quick Google
search but didn't find anything else.

Alex why would you state that the solution only works for static labels?

The samples on the access database was designed to modify
the labels and convert it into Image files..which was
awesome. But what I have on my report is a text box which
is liked to a field in my database. My objective is to
create a report that pulls names from my people record and
print it as "name tents" where you have two text boxes
with the same record source with one of the text box
inverted so that I can fold it in half and make a name
tent.

Alex as it states on the RotateText Web page you can easily add a few
lines of code to have it work at runtime. Just setup an invisible Label
control. In the Format event of the relevant section simply copy the
contents of your TextBox over to the Caption prop of the hidden Label
control. Then call the RotateText function.

If you find this coding too difficult then I would suggest you look at
my RotateText ActiveX control. It can be bound directly to a field...no
programming required.
