It's made on the server or, if you're developing locally, on your PC.
Start, Programs, Control Panel, ODBC. Create a System DSN, give it any name
you'd like and link it to your database. If this is for a site on your ISPs
server then they need to do this for you.
odc's are Office data connections, normally
made in Excel or other office programs.
